Le Concours Reine Elisabeth est dédié cette année au chant. L'édition 2018 avait consacré, on se rappelle, le baryton allemand Samuel Hasselhorn. Des jeunes chanteurs de toutes les nationalités se présenteront devant un jury de renommé international présidé pour la première fois par Bernard Foccroulle.
